Policy

SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped by USPS.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Once an order is shipped, you would have to contact shipping providers to claim your lost items.

  • If your address is INVALID you with be issued a refund. 
  • When placing orders please double check mailing addresses. Once your order is being processed, we WILL NOT be able to change shipping addresses.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, refund or exchange.

  • please allow up to 5 weeks to receive your order.

  • When ordering custom items please be sure to spell correctly and choose the right item to ensure your satisfaction.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped directly from Jada

 

NON-CUSTOM ORDERS

  • 3-4 business days processing time

  • Please allow 5 days after your item is shipped to receive your package.

 

TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used at checkout.

  • Track your order on USPS website.

 

EXTRA INFO

  • All items are packaged with care, in the unusual case that an item arrives damaged, once you provide proof you may receive the same item again or select another accessory of choice with the same or less value as the original item.

  • In this case, please send back your item within 5 days of receiving it. (Priority mail is fine)

  • You are responsible for all extra fees
